Why you guys keep the pattern if you can't remember it? Instead make a easy pattern, password or pin. There is no option now. You have to reset the phone or continue to use using fingerprint to unlock phone. Go to service center maybe samsung can do something

their is a backup password for pattern & pattern, Pin, password are backup passwords for fingerprint

Go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ Then Login with your Samsung account and Remove all Password for phone.No Reset need after that u can set Pattern and Finger lock again,also Your data won't Reset
