Galaxy C1) Check by using any other OTG cable with the device and check the issue.
2) Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
3) Check the issue in Safe Mode.
4) Keep updating the device via FOTA or Smart Switch.
5) Take full data backup and reset the device.
