Updates for C9 pro

I am waiting for a long time for Nougat. WTF Samsung. What is the benefit of purchasing this phone. it is released in 2017 but no updates. while all phones from samsung have given the nougat update. Now F off . I don't need Nougat. And also I don't need Samsung. I'm going for One Plus.

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your feedback. Sir, Samsung offers you the best value on the product released. Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the concern Samsung devices soon these are going to receive a nougat update.

your copy past answer erriteting the customer and also we are purchased 36k mobile we are not getting nougat update, all other mobiles are getting update you are thinking C9 pro customer are foolish.it is simply ridiculous.you give the update date then only nobody write this type of language.
