Network Issues

My Phone is Samsung C9 Pro. This is a 4G LTE Volte supported phone. My First SIM slot Jio 4G or second BSNL. I am choose data uses first SIM work all network but network not work of SIM first after i am choose data uses 2nd SIM slot. why?

because jio 4g works only 4g network and in samsung current setting u can use 4g network in that sim which u select for mobile data. samsung not support data on other sim and 4g work for other sim at a same time

Because jio need internet for call as well. So if you switch off jio's internet its complete service will stop
