Hello I am using Samsung G C9Pro. Since few months I am encountering a particular network related issue. These are classified into 2 groups. One is Calling from SIM1 and SIM 2. Another is Messaging / Mobile Data Network services. After any Incoming or Outgoing calls to or from this phone leads to drop of network strength. Suppose I am making a call from say SIM2 to any mobile or landline no., soon after disconnection of call, I am unable to make another call. The 2nd call gets disconnected soon after dialling. Even when I want to send an sms, soon after clicking the send button then the status shows SENDING... till it's finally gets failed after sometime leading to SEND FAILED. Similarly, at any point of time, I am unable to access the internet... leading to no internet service shown in pages or no network. I am using Jio LTE for SIM1 and BSNL for SIM2. FINALLY, I have to restart the phone to access making a call, a sms or browse the internet. Why this is happening? Please help.
