In my C9 Pro I am facing calling issue. I am using Airtel network. My friends frequent complaining when ever they need to contact to me they need to try more than once. Or else they getting voice message as your call will be forward. And while I am making calling my call quality is good for starting one minute after that receiver voice is too much break. Two times I formated my mobile. If I use the Airtel sim in different mobile I am not facing this problem. Kindly support

Let me recommend some steps to further isolate and determine what you are experiencing. Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors. We would like to suggest you kindly follow the below mention steps to overcome the Issue:-
1) Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
Menu>Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
2) Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.
3) You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots.
4) Insert different SIM card in your mobile and check if the issue is resolved or not.
If still issue persists then we would suggest you to once contact with your service provider.
Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.

I tried everything. And contacted my service provider also. They said everthing is perfect with the network. Already I said if I use this sim in other mobile I am not facing this issue. Kindly give the correct solution

waste of money guys don't buy Samsung product buy any other its not branded they are cheating in India giving bad experience product.its too big amount and given features are front 2 mega pixel and back is 3 mega pixel its worst because its draining battery in 1 minute 2 percent without using mobile and with using it gets end in 3 hours plus it gets hot. can't use phone more than 20 minutes while calling also gets heated no big games supported in nougat I updated and lost everything display clock gone and in updated its not working as before all waste its only 3 months
