hi,
before few days i found a complaint on my c9 pro. that is i am using idea sim card and while i am using my idea sim here is showing emergency calls only. and i checked the same sim on another phone but that is working fine. and also i checked airtel sim with my c9 and that is working fine. i checked 2 more idea sim on c9 but the probelm still exist with only idea sim.

Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors. We would like to suggest you kindly follow the below mention steps to overcome the Issue:-
1) Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
Menu>Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
2) Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:
Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.
3) You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots.
4) Insert different SIM card in your mobile and check if the issue is resolved or not.
If still issue persists then we would suggest you to once contact with your service provider.

also tried by changing another idea sim. but no changes found. the problem exist.

also I changed the Operating System from samsung service centre but still the problem exist. and the problem is only with idea sim card at low coverage area (around 50% coverage)
