In My Phone c9 pro no Update Options

All mobile have update option but in My mobile why no update option plz check avilavality I m not satisfy with samsung plz give update option android 10 .

first you check android version. maybe your device installed custom ROM software. once installed custom ROM after no update section show. future update don't receive your device. and din't use some samsung services like Samsung pay/min Bixby and many more. you lost knox security

c9 din't receive any os update but. some reason bug fix update receive. but your device running custom ROM so you don't receive any update.

anant it is because samsung gives only 2 updates in particular mobile. so if u hv done 2 updates then you will not get any further updates.
