Org fault..? What kind of logic is that?
Work profile are based on latest/ last month security patches otherwise profile will be disabled. I had same issues in past but i upgraded that with note 20 ultra and getting security updates every month on time. So no worries now. Choosing right mobile is the key.

This isn't the android work profile, it's Microsoft intune

Android work profile.! Oh...
FYI any org. Mailing and connecting network have their own work profile/naming. Like google have android work profile.. some have working profile like Dexter, c7 , Ey etc..

I have both android work profile and Microsoft intune in my phone. They both are different, anyways forget it. The guy who posted the issue needs a new phone

Yes, needs a new phone. And yes, i have also 2 work profiles and boths runs on latest security patches. Dexter and google.
