I don't think any of the phones are fully water proof. Most of them are IP 68 rated. This means they last 30 minutes under still water (not salty, not moving water).
water proof basically means you can leave it for 2 days and nothing happens, yeah we don't have that yet 😛
Probably starying from S7 edge, we started to have water resistant phones
