The Dark mode might be enabled.. If it is just disable it..

Go to wallpapers in settings and there is a option apply dark mode to wallpaper turn off

Which one is it the wallpaper dark mode or the normal dark mode in the phone..If it is the wallpaper dark mode then disable it in the wallpaper settings.. If it's the normal dark mode just go to settings » display » dark mode» disable.. Or there may be a shortcut on the status bar just tap on it and turn it of...

The Power Save mode is on.

Go into Settings, Search for Power Save mode and turn it off.
