vibration problem again and again

i am use Samsung Galaxy A50 mobile. it was good condition. but some days i saw vibration problems. it is basically when i call someone or someone call to me my phone automatically go to vibration mode. By the way i am always turned on sound mode.so I can't receive my important call. please help me.

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

 

  1. Reset the device. Step to reset: Go to Setting-->> General Management-->> Reset-->> Reset all settings to their default

Critical Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

** Remember google password before resetting the device because it requires during initial setup.

 

2. Kindly perform the interactive check of vibration in Samsung Member Application (Samsung member app>>Get help>>Interactive checks>>Vibration).

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

after reset some few days it's normal. but after few days it's again vibration problems.
