samsung a71 charging problem

I bought it 10 days ago thought it was a software issue but even after updating or resetting my device problem is still there

While charging it says super fast then after 1 sec fasting  charhing or vice versa 

If I use it while charging it won't charge for next 5-10mins what should I do?

manufacturer defect take your phone to service center and get it replaced
I bought s10 lite by adding more money
a71 has camera and charging defects :")

I also experience that issue. I bought A71 last day and I encountered the battery charging has stuck in certain percentage (65% & 96%) so I try to plug/unplug the charger and it back to normal. Also I noticed the charging indicator/status on lock screen was not consistent, it says "Super Fast Charging" and its switch in "Fast Charging" in a second. All I have to do, I tried to check the software update if there's available and luckily it have, so I run the update and my phone doing great now.

I m facing same problem in my Samsung Galaxy a71. when I m puttting on charging the charging stuck on 82% it's not charging. (and when its stuck on 82% its showing same charging info super fast charging but it's not)after that. and yes I had noticed that once I m unplug the charging port from ph n put it back . its charging super fast work as same.

march or april m to phone 100% charge 1hour10min m ho jata tha
Or ab 100% charge hone me 3-4 hour leta h
Service centre gaya or software bhi update kar diya lekin problem solve nhi hui
