While writing complain I have mentioned problem clearly and saod that my phone is updated to tje latest version, also submitted system logs, still theybare asking me to update my phone....

Well, I can see that they are asking you to visit a service center for physical inspection and not asking you to update your phone. Can you share your issue with me?

Issues is regarding some functionality which was there in my phone with android 10, but after android 11 update those functionality are missing....while I first wrote to them, they answered me that their technical team has acknowledged the issue and same will be cleared in upcoming update. So visiting customer care for such issue is waste of time.
