I bought my A50 last December 19, 2019. and I observed that the phone went crazy when it was placed or gone to a low/poor network signal. It locks itself and flicker the screen several times and back again to normal function. This event is consistent and persistent up until now.

I contacted a chat support and instructed me to update the software, I did it but the issue still present. Anybody have same experience as me?

Let me try that, looking how to turn the safe mode on this "psycho phone". Thanks for letting me know.

1. Try factory reset.
if the issue still persist then
2. Try safe mode and see which 3rd party app is responsible for all this.
