Galaxy AI bought my A50 last December 19, 2019. and I observed that the phone went crazy when it was placed or gone to a low/poor network signal. It locks itself and flicker the screen several times and back again to normal function. This event is consistent and persistent up until now.
I contacted a chat support and instructed me to update the software, I did it but the issue still present. Anybody have same experience as me?

Hi there,
Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
1) Adjust the brightness of the device then check (Setting-->Display-->Brightness).
2) Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.
3) If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
4) Check the software update Via FOTA or Smart switch PC Suite.
