samsung a71 charging problem

I bought it 10 days ago thought it was a software issue but even after updating or resetting my device problem is still there

While charging it says super fast then after 1 sec fasting  charhing or vice versa 

If I use it while charging it won't charge for next 5-10mins what should I do?

Take it to the Service center they will Change the device and give a new device to you.

Bro if it's a Hardware issue they surely replace the Device. As it's a Policy of Samsung that if there's any hardware issue in device they will replace it if device face issues within 14 Days of purchase. If it is a Software issue they Will perform a Software Reflash to solve the problem

No they do not, I handled my device to them after 24 hours of buying it, but they checked it and say "we can not see the problem so it doesn't exist"
I do feel oppressed and disappointed

thatz joke buddy. they have so many technical points to prove you wroung that your ph has any problem. they jst keep the ph whole day and give to you. and tell you its just software problem. its solved. cheaters care centers. jst bcz v can't prove as engineer way terminology. v have 6 months warranty on charger and all accessories but they don't change. jst saying software issue solved.

You are all incredible clowns at Samsung, i bought your stupid phone yesterday A71 and i couldnt get it charge, it would start charging and stop charging once the charging is interrupted, maybe disconnecting or charging the charging the location. you'd have to wait for hours to do exactly the same thing.

There is no way you missed that during development or testing. you are idiots! and the very last time i would buy your brand or recommend it. 

and then the million and one questions to use the device because it wants to connect to the internet, **bleep** you go through to making this post is only half as bad.

You are all **bleep** brains. in the middle of a pandemic you wasted my time and put me at risk with your **bleep** stupidity, cause i have to go back today to return the **bleep** phone.

samsung phones are real **bleep** when it becomes to charging, many customers of a71 facing same issue but samsung couldn't rectify or send any update to fix it, idiots small indian brands like realme are doing great, this weird charging issue even service center people also cant understand, IF U BUY SAMSUNG U END UP LOOSING LOT OF PATIENT AND TIME,,,,**bleep**
