"Charging connected device via USB" Issue

This "Charging connected device via USB" notification from Android System is not going even when nothing is plugged in to Type-C port. If I connect my charger, it's not charging the device.

Issue in A52s 5G with May 2022 Android Security Patch.

Please suggest ways to solve this issue.

Things I've tried already:

- Restarted device multiple times

- Cleared cache partition

- Cleared cache of Android System app

- Charging port is clean

This isn't just a Samsung thing but an Android thing. I have a Moto G Pure, what I'm making this comment on and I saw the same thing. I either shut down or restarted my phone, can't remember, and now I can't find it saying that anywhere. If you haven't yet, check for updates on your phone. If a company like Motorola has that feature, I'm certain a top tier phone like a Samsung has that feature

Update from my Samsung Note phone, I went to service center and changed the USB socket, so it's working fine now. So go to your Samsung service center and get your USB port changed.

I have the same problem. I have to choose "Tap for other usb options" and choose "this device" and "charging phone only " every single time I plug the phone into the charger. It's charging fine after that but it is very annoying. When I unplug from charger, the message "charging connected device via usb" pops up and stays there the whole time with nothing connected to the phone.
