2.1 and 2.5 have edge lighting and edge panels. so a50 never gets that.. thats only for flagship and mistakenly got in a50s and a51... samsung poor eco system..

not 2.1, you will get 3.0 based on Android 11. for that you have to wait minimum till December. Till then you will get some security updates.

Directly Android 11 don't worry u won't stay backwards from others and after 3.0 when oneui 4 and android 12 has to come that update won't be available for A50 then it might get 3.5 ir 3.1 as a compensation as many times Samsung does
