The sad thing about it is that Samsung in the UK told me it is an international version (not EU) and thus they cannot fix my phone. That is BS! Samsung must feel this for their arrogance. How can they treat their customers like trash worst in a pandemic. When companies get powerful they forgot who made them kings. They did not even offer me a way to resolve this in any way. I am gonna have to buy another phone just to make calls. Imagine that! The things I want to say to Samsung!!!

I bought samsung A51 from qatar, it's worked almost one year fine but suddenly got network problem and it's showes "Preffred network mode global" Even I tried with different SIM card but same issue, no network, u checked in network settings each and every, there is no solution, please help 🙏

I had same issue ... first i was 'Orange' provider i switch to a other 'Proximus' now often i get no network can be found...

Iit's very harrassing how can this  still happen on 2020 phone...

My A51 when i using internet it's Disconnecting in 1 or 2 minutes but network showing

Same problem. a51 with JIO SIM. but when i use same JIO sim in same location and different device (redmi note 5 pro, relame both are lower end than a51) its network speed is 10 times faster.
this Samsung made another **bleep**!. never ever gona by samsung in future
