Galaxy A2. Start your phone in safe mode.
3. Reset your network settings.
4. If recently your device face some moistures issue then you have to wait for some day so that moisture can dry.
I also face the same issue with my SIM 1 slot with I dip my device in water accidentally.

Follow the below steps to resolve your device issue:-
1. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.
2. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
3. Kindly do check same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in same phone to verify the issue.
If issue still persist, kindly visit nearest Samsung authorised service center for physical inspection of your device. You may locate the nearest service center by clicking on below link:-
