Recently Samsung started restricting users to access secure folder there are working on it and as of now you can't use until last emi. For detailed explanation contact Samsung on WhatsApp. They will explain you clearly.

first you have mention here which device are you using .. and if you have bought phone by financial EMI then Secure folder won't work until your remaining repayment completes
