my mobile in secure folder can't open... solve the problem

Recently Samsung started restricting users to access secure folder there are working on it and as of now you can't use until last emi. For detailed explanation contact Samsung on WhatsApp. They will explain you clearly.

I've paid my emi and got NOC but still can't use secure folder it says "security policy prevents the installation of secure folder"
