I used to face the same issue when i owned the all new j7 nxt/neo
They said the processor/motherboard was burst and need to be changed
Costing me around 6k
I bought the same phone second hand(good in condtiion) in 6k itself😅

Hello sister, visit the brand showroom or phone service shop. Or else check your device in safe mode. Steps to enter into Safe Mode:


1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. Once you are entered in the safe mode, you have to exit from it.
Exit safe mode: 1. Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device. 2. Press the power key on the right hand side and tap on the restart icon on the screen. 3. Swipe down the notification panel to access it. Select the notification safe mode enabled and tap on off to restart the device. Thanku if it works comment me Sister.
