Try this method it will not affect your User data. It will only soft reset your mobile. You have to press Volume Up+ Volume Down+ Power Button on your mobile for 7-10 Seconds to boot into recovery mode. After that, it will boot you into the recovery mode or directly boot into System OS. Then when your are in Recovery mode with your volume buttons navigate to the option Reboot System.. Select it by clicking the power button and your phone will restart and be back to normal..If it's still not working then plz visit the nearest service center a soon as possible.. Thank you.

Hello sister, visit the brand showroom or phone service shop. Or else check your device in safe mode. Steps to enter into Safe Mode:


1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. Once you are entered in the safe mode, you have to exit from it.
Exit safe mode: 1. Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device. 2. Press the power key on the right hand side and tap on the restart icon on the screen. 3. Swipe down the notification panel to access it. Select the notification safe mode enabled and tap on off to restart the device. Thanku if it works comment me Sister.
