help for storage issue A50s

Pls help to understand and solve this storage issue as shown below

What is that OTHER 67gb storage. I could not able to find wat it is...pls help..

There is 3dots click on that and it will open advanced details of files
Also secure Folders data size !

There is something wrong here, and its not as simple as Cached Files or Junk or hidden files as you said earlier. Something has changed and its a new issue. I also have it on my phone.

I have tried to total up as well and some GBs are simply missing and not enumerated. See screenshot where i have totaled the advanced details. I also posted this on another forum, see my other reply where I have called out that Files by Google and other third party file managers are having issues enumerating files as well.

Hey, I will highly recommend you to factory reset your phone by creating backup of all important data and install only necessary apps used daily
The others is all junk files and it will keep on slowing down your phone
After factory reset you will feel a smooth experience

I also have this buddy. It's 10GB for in on my Galaxy A50. And no, I don't believe its a Cached file or Junk file problems like the others are saying. And it has come very recently. A good chunk of my free space is suddenly missing or has got occupied.

I just created a post in Samsung's r1 forum since I got a favorable samsung support from there in the past.

Are u using telegram app
Or download some thing from telegram
Go to telegram setting and clear telegram data from telegram internal setting
