fast charging not working

My Galaxy a71 fast charging is not working from past 2 days. The charger works fine in my friends s20 . My phone charges but not fast charging.

it's same issue with me and when i went to service centre they told me that your charging jack is damaged and needed to be changed

Check whether your fast charging feature is on, go to settings-device care-battery-charging.

yes it is on. i will take it to service this weekend I think
