downloading error

My mobile is samsung galaxy a21s and I got error.

That is my google play store apps dont download. It says waiting for download and is like that for long time doesn't download. I tried to clear data and cache of google play store and google play services and I even pressed force stop but still doesn't work. Any1 know how to fix this problem ?

connect your phone to a wifi..
some apps will be downloaded..
then you will be able install apps in sha Allah

my wifi is on whenever i download but still it doesn't work.

I'm facing the same issue for the last few days on my both devices, even my wife has the same issue using a different Google account, I think it's an error from Play Store itself, I've tried many solutions and different networks but it's still the same, let's wait for a couple of days Google might fix the error, but meantime try to stop and restart the update couple of times and update your apps one by one ( Don’t press update all )
I will also let you know if I will find any further solutions.

hey even my chrome YouTube videos are not working. It shows black screen and loading icon for any video I choose to watch. Error. I reset my mobile phone and same problem nothing changed. Now am stuck because I have to update and install apps because I reset my phone.

Here are some tips to help: 

-your device memory may be full 

- try deleting some apps

I did that too before deleted apps but didn't work.
