charging problem in galaxy A51

I am not able to charge my phone (GALAXY A51) properly, sometimes the charger connects then after sometime it disconnects and also it is not showing fast charging

There might be some problem in the Usb c cable or the port
Check it yourself or visit service center

if I visit the service center will my data be lost?

plz visit immediately to ur nearby service centre...if the issue is with cable or port then no data will be deleted they will replace it...else if ita software issue then all data will be deleted

do one thing
go to settings >apps>click on 3DOT at right top corner >click on show system app >search for "usb settings">storage>clear and data>restart your device then try and observe

yes , but when I remove the other cable and plug in once more it doesn't charge
