I bought an Indian version of my phone A20 and when I open Samsung member everything is Indian, how I convert it to an American

It totally depends on your CSC of the phone. You've to change your region of the phone

Yes you can do this from Bangladesh if you're in Bangladesh and using phone with other country CSC.

there's no country with code ODM. Have you checked your CSC properly? If nothing works, visit your nearest Samsung store and tell them about your problem they will resolve your issue.

It's INS i.e., Indian. You've to change your CSC by flashing your country firmware. If you're not able to do that kindly visit your nearest Samsung store and take their help.
