Adaptive refresh rate

I feel one of the major missing features on the samsung galaxy A73 is the adaptive refresh rate. Like I love the 120hz panel with the smooth animations but I would also like to push my battery throughout the day. Hope an update rolls out with this feature

Adaptive refresh rate consumes lot odf battery.

But isn't ltpo designed to conserve battery by dropping the refresh rate to 1hz depending on the usage?

Since A73 does not have an LTPO display panel, adaptive refresh rate cannot be implemented just via software update
