Samsung A21s are camera very slow and Qr code not scan.

i am reset phone and visit the Samsung service center. but this issue are still now.

ok.. Perform the factory data reset or wipe cache partition it'll may help you to resolve the problem.
Follow these steps to system wipe clear cache & factory data reset of your phone with recovery mode
1.Turn off the phone (hold power button and select “Power Off” from the menu)
2.Now, press and hold Power+Home+Volume Up buttons..
3.Keep holding until device logo shows up and phone restarts again, you should enter recovery mode. And clear the cache and reboot again, even if problem persists then please visit nearby Samsung service centre and ask them to fix the issue

Camera > Settings Icon > Click on marker to Enable or Disable QR Codes Scan.

Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the Camera issue:-

Me reset my smartphone and visit Samsung store software update, but many issues are still now. phone hang, heating issues, Qr scanners, networks and data not stable.
