Why my Galaxy A50 showing two capture buttons near to each other in camera application ?

Because you have enabled the float camera button by going in camera setting, one is your simple camera button and other is float button which you can move according to your choice.

In camera settings, under shooting methods, you will find an option floating shutter button. Turn that off

dont worry it is better because now you can shoot pics without touching the shutter button
