I'm facing some problems, 

Bug: every time when I try to call someone my call end button Auto end the call, 
Today, now I tried to check if something really touching my end call button, so first I enabled developer settings, then selected show touches on screen( show taps) , after that I tried calling 8-10 times and every time I see tap (touch) on end call button, but I'm not touching my phone, my phone automatically touches on end call button, and I can see it on screen that it's been touched because of enabling show tap option on settings.

Next I tried to check if my touch is ok or faulty, then I went to note pad, I draw many things, and surprisingly there wasn't a single system made touch, so I think my touch is fully functional.

Fix : January Patch fixed it but touch sensitivity around upper half got reduced.

I think you have enabled press side key to end calls you can disable as follows:

No brother, I've reset my phone 2 times. still same problem. There's also 3 other post of same problem as me in this Samsung member app.

bro it is auto touch problem.my a21s Im also facing it. it will increase day by day and now my phone some time full out of control.

january security patch may fix this. same problem was with a user and he got the update and was fixed. touchscreen stability was included in that update, but still i ididnt get that. If still problem occur ima going to samsung service centre

yeah it's increasing day by day, but in my case it only happens when calling someone on sim card
