There is something wrong with my phone Galaxy A15. The issue is, sometimes when i call others, i cant hear them nor they can hear me. And it only happens sometimes. It started after a week of buying this. And i have complained and went to the service centre *twice* and they told me theres nothing wrong with my phone and it might be a sim issue. So, i thought to change my sim..since it was an old one. And after changing, the issue is still there. So, it has to be the phone. So, what should i do now?
