Follow up on my complaint regarding Samsung A36

When i wrote my experience here i got a call from the supervisor after 4-6 days and honestly the response i got was not sufficient or appropriate, i am not blaming the agent calling me, they are doing exactly what they are told to and so are the ppl at Samsung authorized service centers. I feel like Samsung as a corporate and their garbage policies is whole responsible for this and nothing else. Samsung should do better at their after sale services like Vivo is doing or like One plus is doing like providing lifetime free replacement for green line issue even for mid ranged phones whereas Samsung charges for glass back if gets broked during repair in the service center, so you go for one issue you get another issue (broken glass back) and you have to pay for that also, how messed up this? Now i will write what i was told to do- i was told to get my phone to submit at the service center for inspection (and in that process i was told that if glass back breaks i have to pay for it also) so i said i am not doing that hence i will not submit. I told them CPU Greekbench and GPU scores which are 1000 (CPU) that is not a good score at all btw, so cleary its an software issue. So in my opinion Samsung should sent a big heavy software update to fix the same. I am ready to give my phone to service center as patient 0 but Samsung should first change its policy regarding charging me for the glass back, in case it breaks. And i am trying my best to remain loyal to Samsung but if Samsung keeps this i am changing my brand. Samsung service centers doesnt even provide a spare phone, its 2025 ppls we cannot live without a phone what do they expect us to for 3-5 days?.

Yes a software update is needed very soon otherwise hardware is going to get crashed by being constantly heated

You dont understand that your Samsung policies are itself trash! And your employees are going to say the same thing they are not at fault! Its a very high level issue. Btw i have changed the RAM as suggested and still my phone refuses to charge when its on! I switched off fast charging then it worked fine but again its not charging once its on! It is 3rd week since i am doing work from home because i dont know what will happen next with the phone. And i have to switch it off for 4 hours causs even on fast charge it takes 2 hours to charge with the phone off and obviously its not guaranteed i am in deep trouble with this phone.

I am telling you again its cpu and gpu issue. The scores are very less. Its ranges between 900-1000 which is not enough (CPU scores) this phone is always throttling i have seen several vedios of its throttling on Youtube too, all across globe! My hands are always burning when i use this phone cause of the heat it generates.
