auto unlock issue

I Have bought samsung galaxg A 50 phone some 15 days before ..I am having the auto unlock issue with my phone  when i am holding in mg pocket..its automatically turned on and randomly access my files which i have not likely to open..please Samsung be serious with this issue..

yes it started reflecting from after august update only..

try swirching off fingerprint scanner

yes I have solved this one..and I can recommend that too..please check the same as below..

go to setting -》biometric and fingerprint lock-》do remove all the fingerprint what you have putted -》and again give your fingers as you want to keep in your lock -》and rename those fingers...


I can say the problem doesn't happen.agajn..
