Since 8 months there are no software updates to this model and next year samsung will say update suppport for this model is over. What are you doing samsung.You treat this model like nothing in updates.😔

Galaxy A7 (2017) is scheduled to get software updates only when necessary. If there's a serious security issue that needs to be fixed ASAP, Samsung will push an update for it. Otherwise, feature updates are no longer expected for this phone. Needless to say, the phone is nearly three years old now.
