I am using A7 2017 series phone recently updated with Oreo. I have a issue in sim1 airtel which I am using internet sim2 jio. which is Volta when I want to choose mobile data connection 3g/2g for airtel it is not accepting as shown in attachment. I tried to call customer care I didn't got proper respond. I have switched 2 Sims with different slots. same issue rises. I want to use airtel for 3g/2g serives and jio for Volta service with out Volta jio falls in emergency services. can any one help with this problem.

you put Aittel network in 2g mode and jio put in LTE only mode

after doing same. mobile data also changing to jio. after changing to airtel same problem rises .

We would like to inform you that it is not an device issue, as only one SIM will be connected to the 4G/LTE network at a time and Internet will work on the SIM which has network mode(2G/3G/LTE)Auto mode. The default feature of the device is that if SIM 1 is using network mode 4G then SIM 2 network will change to 2G/3G and if SIM 2 uses 4G networks the SIM 1 will use 2G/3G mode. As JIO SIM only work in 4G/LTE network so, whenever it network mode changes to 2G/3G the network will lost.

yes i understood that. is there any option to change it manually becouse all other hand sets offering with good feature. i trusted you for the second time in buying this samsung handset. hope you rectify this issue.
