Hello guys.. my samsung a50 turning off itself after latest android 10 upate, it is happening while using the device with power save mode.. and cant restart normally showing some symbols on black screen..

after android 10 my problem is - Fingerprint is not working. (Fingerprint calibration needed) Plz help me. I reset my two times.

previously I have that problem (android9),so that I visited service center and they changed power connect board after that problem had solved,so visit service center once

you got yourself a corrupt ota package, thus that happened, only way to sort out this to is visit service centre.
Tips for next time:-
1. Have atleast 60-70% battery while updating.
2. don't click any buttons or touch phone while updating.
3. Use the fast network to download update at once, don't do too many pause or else there are higher chances of your package being broken and corrupt.

Please be assured and to resolve "Auto restart" issue please follow below given steps:

1) Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

2) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.
3) Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
