Hello Samsung Team,

I am facing a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy A35. Both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are randomly turning off by themselves and turning back on after a few minutes. This happens frequently throughout the day.

Here are the details:

Device: Samsung Galaxy A35

One UI Version: One Ui 7

Issue:

Wi-Fi disconnects randomly and automatically reconnects

Bluetooth turns off completely every 5 minutes and turns back on without user input

This happens with all Bluetooth devices, not just one

Power saving mode is OFF

No third-party apps (like VPN or battery savers) are installed



I have already tried:

Resetting network settings

Disabling intelligent Wi-Fi features

Clearing Bluetooth cache and data

Updating the software

Disabling A2DP hardware offload in Developer Options


The issue still persists. Please look into this as it's affecting the usability of my device.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
