Why I am not any getting android 10 update in Galaxy A50(Indian version). I have check at 24/5/20 10AM and it shows your software is up to date. What's the problem. Samsung has stop giving android 10 update for A50.

But on 25/5/20 Samsung surprised us by giving Android 10 and One UI 2.0 update.

2. There were some bugs in the update , so it has been rolled back for now .

problems in the received update....

fast discharge of battery
frequent reboot
frame drop too often

due to this samsung rolled back the update.

it will release update after correcting the problems

Samsung taking too long to release in India.

Android 10 update for Samsung Galaxy A50 solve now coming with March 2020 security updates.

the Android update shall be given after lockdown removal by govt of India. not until the total lockdown is removed

The update would be rolled out post 12th May only once COVID19 lockdown is removed in more locations. Samsung will not release the update with no service centers in operation.

the earlier update has bricked the mobiles and samsung is not sure as what the update will do this time around. so even if u get the update, DO NOT TAKE THE UPDATE IMMEDIATELY.

PKEASE WAIT FIR REVIEWS ON THE UPDATE AND ONLY THEN TAKE THE UPDATE FOR ANDROID 10

Hey guys, quick question(s):
Do telephone carriers play a role on when the update is received?
Also, the phone works fine for me right now, how big of an upgrade would android 10 be in terms of user interface?
I am sure this update will up the value of the device pretty much, and considering this might be on of the last software updates to come, let's wait it out and not keep checking our update tabs, it will arrive sooner or later.

I do not, hence I am asking, I dont think it's an issue with a person using Vodafone or Airtel or Jio, it just depends on the build number the phone has, which the company rolls out in batches. Just wanted to know if at all theres a role hence the delay in updates.

THERE SHALL BE NO UPDATES UNTILL THE LOCKDOWN EXISTS IN INDIA.

CURRENTLY THE PM OF INDIA ANNOUNCED 4TH PHASE OF LOCKDOWN

SAMSUNG HAS ALREADY HAS THIS UPDATE ROLLED BACK DUE TO THE INHERENT PROBLEMS IT HAD THAT I HAVE LISTED IN MY EARLIER COMMENTS.

I WOULD SAY DONT TAKE THE UPDATE IMMEDIATELY WHEN IT ARRIVES. IF SAMSUNG IS NOT WILLING TO ROLL THE UPDATE WITHOUT THE SERVICE centers BEING OPENED THEN IT CERTAINLY DOUBTS THE UPDATE, THAT IT COULD CREATE A ISSUE.

it's a clear case of a buggy update to be released. DONT UPDATE IMMEDIATELY.

This is second most sold smartphone in the world last year. Samsung is G@dhe ki G@nd.

in their official notice dated 01/05 to samsung members states that update for A50 is scheduled in May. however we all know we are in lock down so dont know when will the updates be rolled out.
