I have not seen a single Galaxy watch with IR blaster and I can't think of any possible way to implement one in a watch. I don't know what you are talking about.
The feature should exist, but I don't think people use that nowadays. TV remotes are really cheap now, and many people have switched to Android TVs. See, I can control my Android TV using my phone because it works in Bluetooth and not in infrared, so as tech progresses, these will become obsolete and won't make sense.
This is not to say that they should not, but to say that there is not a real need. Even set top boxes are going bluetooth.
Bro this thing is not been relater to a price this thing is to convenience and you are right many of the devices are smart today but using bluetooth is not a quick process you need minimum 30 to 60 seconds for it
