After your phone's update, your vibration stopped working; first, restart your phone, then check your Sound & vibration settings (especially Do Not Disturb and individual app settings), ensure vibration intensity isn't too low, and test in Safe Mode to rule out app conflicts, as the update likely changed a setting or caused a temporary glitch, but a hardware issue or deeper software bug might need a factory reset or repair.

1. Go into your phone's dialer, type in *#0*#. Click on the vibration tab and check if the phone vibrates normally or not. If to doesn't;

2. Press and hold "Power off" in the Power menu and tap "Safe mode". Go into safe mode and repeat step 1. If the vibration still doesn't work, take the phone to a service center.
