I've been using an A55 for the past two months. Its 5G frequently downgrades to 4G in certain areas, leading to very slow internet speeds. However, my other phones, like Oppo Reno 13 and Vivo V40 consistently show 5G in those same locations with no internet speed issues. Additionally, VoNR never works on my A55, while it's clearly visible on my other handsets using the same SIM card. These problems have persisted across both One UI 6 and One UI 7. Please address these issues.

If your a55 is hot or any samsung phone is hot then it downgrade 5g to 4g

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As per your concern, we want to inform you that the VoNR (Voice Over 5G) feature is supported by your device, as of now it is only working with Jio Network, and Airtel / VI has not been implemented yet.

● Kindly enable the setting by the below path:
Settings > Connection > Mobile Network > VoNR (Voice Over 5G).

Note: By default, this option will be off, so you have to on it manually. However, If still can't use kindly contact the network operator once, to make sure there is no issue from their end.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your device network concern.
