Someone can help me Can anyone help me? I am stuck on the 8.5 beta version; I haven't received the stable update yet, even though the beta program ended quite some time ago. I am still using the beta version on my Samsung A36. I tried contacting support, but it didn't help, so now I am pinning my hopes on all of you members.

Just go to near service center or if you having pc or laptop just install samsung smart switch downgrade your mobile to old software and then you will get official update just go to YouTube search about that you will get some videos

As per your query, please note that One UI 8.5 update is already released for your device.
- If you are part of the beta program, then you will receive the update soon on your device. Thank you for your patience.
- If you have withdrawn from the beta program, then please use Smart Switch to roll back to the previous update. Once your device is rolled back to the previous update, you will receive One UI 8.5 update.

We would like to inform you that you can roll back to previous software update by using Smart Switch. You can open Smart Switch on your Windows PC or Mac, you will see an option to update to a new software version if one is available. Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device.

2. Open Smart Switch on your PC.

3. If a software update is available, Smart Switch will automatically prompt you to update the software or display an option to update.

4. Tap Update and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files and complete the update process.

And please wait for the stable update and stay active on the Samsung Member application for updates and additional information.
