Unable to use call recording

I am using galaxy a55 5g but i am unable to use call recording what should i do

Force Stop the app and restart the phone again once

I bought this phone from dubai so it might be the problem

Ohh okay, then it might a problem with the device, better visit showroom once or else use the smart tour, they will guide you .

I've contacted the showroom but they said that this device is from dubai so we can't do anything

Ohh, if your main preference is call recording you can exchange the device, or else if it's necessary you can install Google dialler, which records the call with a minimal notification (now) .

Yeah, and change the option like, when call recording instead of announcement you can keep a beep sound. Kindly check that too.
