I got scammed and the scammer used my IMEI number to blacklist my Samsung A10 phone. How do I go about un-blacklisting it? Please help.

Hi Lilly

Once a device is blacklisted, there is no way of making it work again.

You may try to visit your network service provider using the proof of purchase as proof of the device being yours, they may be able to assist.

Unblacklisting is possible,  It's quite a procedure, this usually involves verifying your social security . You have to prove that you are without a doubt not the original account owner for them to even consider returning the phone to its normal operation.
