USB/OTG WAS NOT WORKING

after the Android 11 update on Samsung A20 the usb/otg storage access through the type-c port was not working I have also tried some of the developer options but they didn't work please provide solution

From where you are connecting with pc or storage device?

USB debugging & default USB configuration set to file transfer but no use

What you want to do with type c and otg , can you just explain more ,
If you want to access files from external storage then directly put c type into storage device don't use otg . If something else then elaborate!? So i can understand it properly,

I have been using to transfer files from pendrive to mobile storage or from internal storage to pendrive

Is that otg is original , can you attach that image ?
