Hi samsung 
  My device A50 received UI 2.0 update but I am not update device coz I recieve negative feedback like slow charging,battery drain issue , camera mp issue
 Please solve this issue as soon as possible

There is no Camera MP issues. Front camera default mode was shown wrong as 25MP in pie it is resolved and now show the correct 16MP. Wide mode is 25MP as before.
Back wide angle camera is not accessible from 4:3H. It is changed in Android 10 so it is not a bug either.

Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the Camera issue :

1) Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings>Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Cache/data)

2) Check device in safe mode - Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.
To enter in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears>Press and hold the power off icon.
To Exit safe mode: Restart the device.

3) Reset the Device :- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset :- Settings>General Management>Reset

 

Please be assured and to resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

 

1)Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

 

2)Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc:-Turn off unused functions like Wi-fi, GPS, Bluetooth & Location settings when not using them.
Steps are:-Swipe down the notification panel>Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
3)Close background running apps-When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device.

 

Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the Camera issue :

1) Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings>Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Cache/data)

2) Remove third party application (Tap Settings> Apps>Select the third-party application from Apps> Uninstall)

3) Reset the Device(if performed already don't go again) :- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset :- Settings>General Management>Reset

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
