Android system webview allows apps to show browser content inside the app without opening it in a separate browser window. In your screenshot, I can see that you have two webview packages/providers installed,
1. Android System Webview (com.google.android.webview)
2. Android System Webview Beta (com.google.android.webview.beta)
It should not cause issues as such, and you can keep using your device just fine, but I would say uninstall the beta version if you are not familiar with it. Or you can click on "CHANGE PROVIDER" to select the Beta version.

That shouldn't be a problem. Uninstall Android System Webview Beta and your problem will be gone. You don't really need the beta.
